The staff were exceptionally accommodating during our stay. The elevator was tiny and often crowded, making access frustrating.

A higher floor room provides decent views of the city and water, which adds some charm to the otherwise basic stay. The beds are comfortable enough to ensure a decent night's sleep.
Elevators are a headache. only the cramped service one reaches the higher floors, which barely fits two folks with luggage. Low hot water pressure made showers feel inadequate, and many rooms have questionable cleanliness with a gloomy ambiance. Breakfast can be frustratingly disorganized, lacking crucial items like clean tables and enough glassware.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
During my stay, I was given a room on the 7th floor with hardly any internet connectivity. Even after switching to a different room on the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi was still unreliable, especially in the evenings when I needed it most for work. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing as well. I struggled to find a clean table, and the lack of plates and glassware made it difficult to enjoy my meal.

I stayed in a Classic Triple Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding, which made it easy to relax. I liked that it was located in a quiet area while still being close to main streets. Breakfast was decent with strong coffee and a variety of juices. Parking was available across the street, which was super convenient.

good stay, but there are some room for improvements
The staff were friendly and attentive,, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. I enjoyed the comfortable bed that allowed for a restful night's sleep,, a great plus after a long day. The city view from my room was delightful,, providing a nice backdrop for my mornings.
The water pressure in the shower was low, which made for a less than ideal washing experience.
